Chef and owner, Mino Giliberti, arrived from Italy in 1972.  He lived in New York City for twenty years before moving to Massachusetts where he established Buon Appetito in 2001.  As an experienced wine consultant w/extensive knowledge of authentic Italian food, opening a restaurant was an ideal way for Mino to utilize all of his talents.  Having been raised in a coastal Italian city, Mino’s knowledge of fresh seafood is evident in his cooking.  Many of Buon Appetito’s dishes are from traditional Italian recipes, and all entrées are made from the freshest and finest ingredients.  We’re sure you’ll enjoy the distinction of Italian imported goods acquired through regular trips to New York City.  To complement your meal, enjoy a bottle of wine from our handpicked selection of Italy’s finest, and top it off with a delicious dessert.
